-100 reports still outstandingThe Police Complaints Authority is currently trying to close off investigations into the numerous reports it received in 2009. There are still some 100 reports outstanding.For last year alone, the PCA was overwhelmed with 364 complaints of which 222 were oral.To date, all of the oral complaints have been dealt with through the level of the respective Commanders of the Divisions.
