Timothy Rutherford appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court holding a file of papers that he sought to provide to the court as evidence of him being wronged by the Government of Guyana. The man was also given up to November 28 to pay the fine.The court took into consideration that he is unemployed and could not pay the sum within less than a month. He reiterated that he was before the court because of the unfairness of the government which irritated him.
