After noting Mr. Bacchus’ submission, Justice Reynolds discharged the matter.The two men then left the court, but their freedom was short-lived as they were re-arrested by the police as soon as they left the confines of the courtroom and taken to the Central Police Station.They were charged again and taken to the New Amsterdam Magistrate’s Court where they appeared before Magistrate Sherdell Issacs-Marcus.The charge read that on April 29, 2012 at Number 70 Village, Corentyne, they murdered Sasenarine Persaud.Yogeshwar DhaniramThey were not required to plead. He was picked up by family members and rushed to the Skeldon Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
