Two men were yesterday granted bail to the tune of $95,000 each, after being charged with forging a tint permit.The men, Eric Sankar and his brother, Nigel Sankar, made their appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates Court before acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson.It is alleged that on November 27, Nigel Sankar uttered a forged document to a police constable, purporting to show that the same was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and signed by Minister Clement Rohee.The other charge read that Eric Sankar,Cheap Stitched Jerseys, sometime between August 1 and November 27, conspired to commit a felony, that is to say, he forged a window tint permit for motor car PLL 8563 purporting to show the same was genuine and signed by Home Affairs Minister Clement Rohee.Both men pleaded not guilty to their respective charges.
