The police have arrested the man who chopped another man with whom he apparently had an old grievance. The man was attempting to flee the Region. He was arrested on one of the Chinese ferries which was headed to Parika.? He was rescued two hours later by his brother who transported him to the Suddie Public Hospital. The parties are not related but they are from the same village.
