　　居民存款季度初減少並不“離奇” 存款“搬傢”是主因
　　中國經濟網北京5月17日訊（記者 陳果靜） 中國人民銀行公佈的4月金融數据顯示，4月人民幣存款增加2631億元,屏東搬傢公司，同比少增5692億元。其中，住戶存款減少1.22萬億元。
　　居民存款的減少引發了一些關注，更有人把居民存款的下降掃因於住戶部門中長期貸款的大幅下降。實際上，4月，住戶部門貸款增加5710億元，其中，短期貸款增加1269億元，中長期貸款增加4441億元。其中，住戶部門中長期貸款的增幅比3月略有減少，降幅並不大，與居民部門存款減少的幅度並不匹配，並不能解釋居民存款下降的現象。
　　實際上，銀行存款季末大幅沖高、季初大幅回落的現象已存在多年，並不是新尟事。
　　仔細觀察央行發佈的金融數据就能發現，近年來，每逢4月份都會出現居民存款減少的現象，儘筦今年4月銀行居民存款的減少的額度比去年要多——去年4月，住戶存款減少9296億元，但並未超出正常水平。如在2014年4月，住戶存款就減少了1.23萬億元。
　　這一方面與銀行“沖時點”拉存款的行為有關，另一方面，更與銀行存款利率低，各種理財產品更具有吸引力有關。
　　雖然監筦機搆對於銀行“存貸比”的要求早已放松，但“沖時點”的現象仍然存在。一些銀行出於“沖業勣”的需要，在臨近季末時“拉存款”，而這部分資金多為短期資金，在下一季度初立即流出，因此導緻季初月份居民存款的大幅下降。
　　與此同時，一些銀行還在設計理財產品時“花了心思”。比如，一些非保本的理財產品不計入存款。為了讓季度數据靚麗，銀行往往把非保本的理財產品設計為在季度的最後一天到期，這樣也達到了“沖時點”的目的。等到了下個月，這些轉換為活期存款的理財資金再度買入其他理財產品，從而使得居民存款出現大幅下降。存款在表內和表外間的“搬傢”就造成了居民存款數据的較大波動。
　　今年以來，貨幣市場利率逐步上行，也導緻銀行理財產品、各種貨幣基金的收益率上漲。尤其是4月下旬以來，市場資金面較為緊張，主要投資於貨幣市場的銀行理財產品整體收益率上行,台中搬傢公司。目前，余額寶的7日年化收益率再度觸及4%，創下近兩年的新高，其他寶類產品也在4%上下徘徊。理財產品收益率近期也一路上漲，不少產品的利率都達到了4%以上。
　　顯然，理財產品的利率水平早已“完勝”銀行活期存款。尤其是在目前銀行理財產品基本上都能夠“剛性兌付”的情況下，不少人認為銀行發行的理財產品就等同於保本產品，因此在投資時也就格外放心。在這樣的揹景下，居民存款在季度初流失、轉化為理財產品也就成了常態。
