He said that there was insufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case against his client.He added that during the entire preliminary inquiry, in which the prosecution called 11 witnesses, including four police officers, no one gave evidence that they saw his client do anything to the now dead Edwards.The prosecution case was conducted by Corporal Orin Joseph.
