This, he disclosed, was done since July 2013 and should have spanned the period 2013-2015. Describing the proposals submitted as comprehensive, Livan said that the management of the power company, however, opted to have discussions on only a few aspects of the proposals.“The management of GPL procrastinated in dealing with the proposals.
