Then shortly after 13:00 hrs, Seebarran and her entourage (over 40 in number) who accompanied her, including her parents, and other supporters, were seen heading out of the terminal. The tassa drummers began their drumming and the crowds swarmed the outside of the terminal to greet Guyana’s newest famed beauty queen. She was greeted and given a bouquet of flowers and lots of hugs and kisses. She then started to join the group in some dancing to the tassa drums. It was a rousing welcome.
