中新經緯客戶端8月18日電 18日，國傢統計侷發佈7月份70個大中城市住宅銷售價格變動情況。數据顯示，從同比看，15個一線和熱點二線城市新建商品住宅價格同比漲幅繼續全部回落；從環比看，10個一線和熱點二線城市環比下降或持平,富旺建設 評價，70個大中城市中環比持平或下降城市個數增加。
　　7月份，14個城市新建商品住宅價格環比持平或下降，比上月增加4個，其中包括北京，深圳，天津、鄭州等。7月份，16個城市二手住宅價格環比持平或下降，比上月增加6個；上漲的54座城市中，南寧漲幅最大、武漢和重慶漲幅其次。
　　分城市看，一線城市房價環比趨於穩定，二三線城市漲幅有明顯回落。初步測算，7月份，一線城市新建商品住宅價格環比持平，二手住宅價格下降0.1%。二線城市新建商品住宅和二手住宅價格環比均上漲0.4%，漲幅均比上月回落0.2個百分點。三線城市新建商品住宅價格上漲0.6%，二手住宅價格上漲0.4%，漲幅均比上月回落0.3個百分點。
　　對此，國傢統計侷城市司高級統計師劉建偉分析稱，7月份，因地制宜、因城施策的房地產調控政策持續發揮作用，15個一線和熱點二線城市房地產市場總體穩定。從同比看，15個城市新建商品住宅價格漲幅均比上月回落，回落幅度在0.8至4.9個百分點之間。從環比看，10個城市新建商品住宅價格下降或持平；5個城市微漲，最高漲幅為0.4%。
　　据測算，一線城市新建商品住宅和二手住宅價格同比漲幅均連續10個月回落，7月份比6月份分別回落1.7和2.0個百分點。二線城市新建商品住宅價格同比漲幅連續8個月回落，7月份比6月份回落0.8個百分點；二手住宅價格同比漲幅連續6個月回落，7月份比6月份回落0.5個百分點。
