Under the theme ‘Achieving the Millennium Goals by 2015: Eradicating Poverty in the African Guyanese Community’, the Guyana Institute of Historical Research will be hosting its first annual conference at the National Library on Saturday.The conference commences at 09:00 hrs and concludes at 16:00 hrs.
