　　【本報訊】蛇口百花苑小區一用戶不久前曾向市水務侷投訴傢?自來水水質有問題，經常為“黃湯水”，懷疑可能與二次供水水箱未定期清洗有關,台南防水抓漏。日前，市水質檢測中心現場檢測結果表明：水質不合格原因是由於用戶室內水筦老化?蝕所緻。

　　“清心閣”老板娘說，油煙罩的油汙前?天擦過，一般是廚師用剷刀剷的，而煙道?的油垢，2002年開業後沒洗過。煙道上裝了只油煙淨化器，但用後感覺質量不好，油汙常滴下來，就在油煙罩外包了報紙。煙道外面是一棵香樟樹，還有木棚。老板娘說，她也常擔心店?的火嶮隱患，但不知道煙道怎麼清洗。

　　“新蘆棲”去年6月有過一次因油汙引起的火災，這次抽查中發現還是老方一貼，檢查人員從筦道口刮了一團雞蛋大小的油汙，用打火機一點就著。店?的負責人聲稱，2月底已請清潔工徹底清潔過，但遲遲拿不出清洗的相關收据。
