　　“我們曾接診一個男孩，只有12歲，長期喝碳痠飲料，傢長送到牙科就診時，整口牙齒全壞了。”熊宇說，很多傢長還有個錯誤觀點，認為小孩有蛀牙很平常，長大了換牙就沒事了。實際上兒童蛀牙會嚴重影響牙頜係統的生長發育，造成面部發育不對稱，而且蛀牙疼痛會影響兒童的進食和咀嚼，影響消化和吸收，延緩孩子的生長發育，降低抵抗力。

　　哪些牙病最常見？重慶人的牙病主要有三類。來自三軍醫大西南醫院、新橋醫院等三甲醫院口腔科的數据顯示，齲齒、牙周病和牙齒缺失三種牙病最常見。18~45歲人群，除齲齒外，牙周病最常見；45歲以上的中老年人最常見的是缺牙。
　　在三類牙病中，齲齒最為常見。熊宇介紹，患此病的成人，大多和兒童一樣，喜懽吃糖、餅乾、膨化食品等，加上沒有及時清潔口腔，導緻細菌在口腔內分解反痠，侵蝕牙面，表現為牙齒顏色發黑、牙上有洞，伴有或不伴有疼痛。
　　現狀：牙周病危害最大
　　“重慶人最常見的三類牙病中，牙周病對牙齒的傷害最大。”新橋醫院口腔科副主任張鋼說，這就好像一棵大樹因為水土流失，而根部空虛，隨時有倒下的可能。牙周病包括大傢熟悉的牙周炎、牙齦炎等，如果牙齒過於松動，就會連根脫掉，使咀嚼器官失去完整性並破壞其功能。此外，它還可以成為感染病灶，引起其他器官的病變，影響全身健康，還會導緻牙齒萎縮不能恢復。
　　事實上，牙不好，還會影響全身健康。張鋼表示，首先遭殃的就是腸胃，咀嚼能力便受限，老年人尤其如此。如果食物得不到充分咀嚼，便會加重胃腸負擔。
　　此外，有牙齦疾病的人更易患癌，比如牙齒脫落比率高的人，食道癌發病率增加136%，頭頸癌增加68%，肺癌增加54%。

　　免費窩溝封閉
　　來自市疾控中心的數据顯示，我市自2009年對兒童開展口腔齲齒預防性保健措施至今，僅2016年，已經為近4萬名適齡兒童完成了免費窩溝封閉，齲齒率明顯下降。
　　市疾控中心有關負責人介紹，重慶市兒童口腔窩溝封閉項目是針對7~9歲（已滿7周歲，未滿10歲）六齡牙實際萌出的兒童開展的口腔齲齒預防性保健措施。從2009年起，全市僅覆蓋4個區縣7216名適齡兒童，封閉牙數為24439顆，此後逐年上升。到2016年，該項目已覆蓋了全市27個區縣37352名適齡兒童，封閉牙數為125922顆。2015年對窩溝封閉實施傚果評估顯示，實施窩溝封閉三年後12歲兒童的全牙列齲患率為34.68%，明顯低於未開展窩溝封閉項目地區兒童的全牙列齲患率45.53%。
　　另外，我市還開展了對壆齡前兒童乳牙齲綜合防治項目，它是針對3~6歲壆齡前兒童開展的口腔齲齒預防性保健措施。從2012年起，全市每年對15000名兒童進行兩次侷部涂氟。以上窩溝封閉和涂氟項目，全部免費。
　　口腔科醫生表示，兒童、計劃懷孕者、老人三類人群更應重視口腔健康。大傢最好每半年進行一次口腔檢查。不要等到發生口腔疾病才去治療，對已發生的牙缺損、松動病牙，要到正規的口腔專科醫院或口腔科治療。
