　　“節能與環境工程技朮中心”的成立從鋼鐵工藝流程入手開發冶金過程中的脫硫技朮，以此來帶動整個鋼鐵行業技朮進步，促進行業發展。中國鋼研與國舜集團的合作是央企與民企的強強聯合、優勢互補，體現了產研結合的新模式。“中心”成立得到了國傢有關部門、行業協會和地方政府的大力支持，十余位領導到會表示祝賀。

　　中國鋼研將通過先進技朮的推廣應用帶動鋼鐵行業的節能減排，體現中央企業的科技優勢和社會責任。
