Jackson took the stand and related to the court that he was ballistics expert attached to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID). He was later deemed by the court an expert.Jackson produced a ballistics report which he handed over to the court for tendering as evidence. The single question brought the end to Jackson’s cross examination since the other accused persons all declined to question the rank.Re- examination by Telford was also declined.Gafoor is the final prosecution witness. It was also indicated that following the cross-examination of a previous witness by Defence Attorney George Thomas, the matter against the five men alleged to have been a part of a terror gang will come to a conclusion.The defendants are to return to court on January 13.
