The first was 20 years ago for the opening of the Berbice High Court when the contingent was then led by Assistant Superintendent Joy Cole.Justice Brassington Reynolds who will be presiding over the criminal session of the Berbice High Court along with Justice Winston Patterson who will be looking into matters in the Civil Court took the salute.
