He added that his client received serious lacerations about his body at the hands of the VC.The attorney noted that granting his client bail would allow him to defend himself. He added that the accused has a fixed place of abode at the aforementioned address and has no intention of fleeing the jurisdiction.However, Police Prosecutor, Corporal Deniro Jones objected to bail citing the gravity of the charge. He pointed out that the VC is still hospitalized and received injuries to his abdomen, which resulted in his lungs being damaged.The lawyer intervened and informed the court that on the contrary, there have been several sightings of the VC around the community by persons.The Prosecutor told the court that he has not yet received a medical certificate on behalf of Taylor.
