10月末，商品房待售面積60258萬平方米，比9月末減少882萬平方米。其中，住宅待售面積減少772萬平方米，辦公樓待售面積增加17萬平方米，商業營業用房待售面積減少87萬平方米。
三、房地產開發企業到位資金情況
1-10月份，房地產開發企業到位資金125941億元，同比增長7.4%，增速比1-9月份回落0.6個百分點。其中，國內貸款20798億元，增長20.2%；利用外資125億元，增長1.6%,台北建案；自籌資金41086億元，增長0.8%；其他資金63932億元，增長8.2%。在其他資金中，定金及預收款38632億元，增長14.8%；個人按揭貸款19586億元，下降1.0%。
四、房地產開發景氣指數
10月份，房地產開發景氣指數（簡稱“國房景氣指數”）為101.49，比9月份提高0.04點。
