The firearm and ammunition were allegedly found.Pollydore was told of the offence, arrested and detained for seventy-two hours.During the summing up of the evidence, the Magistrate stated that the ammunition was discovered and there was no evidence that showed the defendant had knowledge of it. The court stated that no evidence was provided.Magistrate Latchman took into consideration all mitigating factors. She also pointed out the fact that the defendant denied the charges, and denied running away.
