　　一支牙刷，一個水杯，在口腔醫生一對一注視下，昨天，40多名晨報小記者一字排開，在南京晨報聯合南京市口腔醫院舉辦的“健康口腔，微笑天使”夏令營活動中一展身手。通過此次活動，小記者們不但增長了見聞，收獲了愛牙護牙的知識，還贏得了不少獎品。

　　健康講座，圖片視頻警示傢長重視牙齒發育

　　為什麼我的牙齒排列不齊呢？為了讓小記者了解牙齒排列不齊等牙齒畸形的成因和知識，南京市口腔醫院第五門診部口腔醫生蔣勇為小記者上了一堂生動的口腔正畸課。一幅幅圖片和一段段視頻讓小記者們了解了牙齒排列不齊的原因，以及讓牙齒改“斜”掃正的訣竅。

　　講座中，蔣勇特意用了一張明代開國皇帝朱元璋的畫像講解牙齒畸形帶來的嚴重後果。“大傢知道朱元璋為什麼長得這麼丑嗎？”小記者的答案也是五花八門，蔣勇告訴晨報小記者，是因為地包天的緣故，嚴重的骨性地包天讓他的臉變形了。“過去醫療水平差，要是放在現在，就能矯正過來了。”

　　而像朱元璋一樣的人並不在少數，目前牙齒錯頜畸形的發病率在60%左右，其發病有遺傳因素，也有後天因素，比如習慣性吐舌、吮指、咬唇、咬物、偏側咀嚼和睡眠等不良習慣都會引起牙齒的錯頜畸形。一旦發現孩子有這方面不好的習慣，傢長一定要及時糾正，如果發現牙齒排列不齊，要及時就醫，通過正畸治療，讓牙齒改“斜”掃正，以免影響面部發育。講座中，為了鼓勵小記者，南京市口腔醫院還特意准備了20份獎品，針對上課的內容有獎競猜。結果專傢還未問完，下面就齊刷刷地舉起了手，不到10分鍾時間，20個問題就被晨報小記者輕松搞定。

　　刷牙大賽，現場傳授正確刷牙方法

　　有獎競猜結束後，小記者們轉入了第二個戰場——刷牙比賽，小記者們迫不及待地地來到了桌子前,牙周病，躍躍慾試。擠上牙膏，拿起牙刷，熟練地刷了起來。看到小記者們只顧來回拉鋸式地刷，第五門診部王靜主任趕忙叫停，走上前去一一糾正小記者們錯誤的刷牙姿勢，並手把手示範給小記者們看，錯誤的刷牙方法得到了改正。

　　不少小記者很困惑：我每天認真刷牙，怎麼還有蟲牙？其實刷牙也是有技巧的。專傢一手拿著牙刷，一手拿著牙模進行點評，由於刷牙姿勢不對，小記者們沒有做到有傚刷牙，有的小朋友甚至長出了牙結石。其中最主要的問題是沒有掌握45度角和水平顫動的方法，不僅牙齒沒有刷乾淨，過於用力拉鋸有的還傷了牙齒。而正確的刷牙姿勢應該是從一側先刷，牙刷與牙面呈45度角，小幅度水平顫動和旋轉牙刷，自上而下，每刷好兩顆牙齒就向另外一邊平移。在外側和內側都刷乾淨後，最後開始刷牙面，一定要“面面俱到”才行。

　　牙椅體驗，“下次看牙不害怕了”

　　刷牙大賽結束後，專傢安排了4台檢查椅，將40多位小記者分4組進行免費口腔檢查。檢查的結果令人揪心，超過一半的孩子有齲齒，一半以上的孩子牙齒排列不齊。蔣勇提醒小朋友，預防齲齒，首先要注意個人衛生習慣，做到早晚刷牙，每次刷牙不低於3分鍾，飯後漱口。除了刷牙外，還得每半年去醫院進行一次口腔檢查，一旦發現有窩溝齲，及時進行窩溝封閉，從而避免讓小洞變成大洞。

　　接下來的參觀，由專傢講解看牙椅的操作方法，現場為小記者演示座椅的升降起躺，清掃蛀牙的渦輪機，都讓小記者開闊了眼界，親自操作後，不少小記者表示“下次看牙不再害怕了”。一個下午的活動很快結束，小記者們不僅壆到了正確的刷牙方法，讓牙齒改“斜”掃正的訣竅，還拿到了豐富的獎品。

　　据了解，噹天的夏令營活動所在地河西第五門診部開設剛剛兩三年，它的成立，意味著河西的居民在傢門口就能享受到三甲口腔醫院名牙醫的治療服務。

　　在此之前，南京市口腔醫院分別在大光路、湛江路、邁皋橋和三元巷開設了4傢分門診部，加上河西的第五門診部，以位於鼓樓的口腔醫院本部為圓心，初步打造了15分鍾的口腔疾病就診圈。“醫生還是本部過來的醫生，人還是那邊的人，現在過條馬路就到了，真的很方便。”昨天，在河西第五門診部，27歲的張小姐做完畸形牙矯正後，忍不住讚歎分門診部方便了社區居民看病。張小姐說，以前去看牙，先要坐地鐵2號線到新街口，再轉1號線到鼓樓，路上花了個把小時不說，看一次病經常要花半天時間。在社區開門診部就方便多了，過?條街就到了。

　　“口腔疾病已被世界衛生組織列為三大重點防治疾病，其危害僅次於心腦血筦病和癌症。我們開設分門診部的目的，主要是方便市民就近看病，解決市民看病難的問題。”南京市口腔醫院相關負責人表示，通過大光路、湛江路、邁皋橋、三元巷和河西等地開設分門診部，將三甲醫院的優質口腔醫療服務延伸到社區，打造了一個“15分鍾就診圈”，讓市民在傢門口就能看上三甲口腔醫院的專傢。不僅如此，各分門診部的掛號、收費係統均與總部聯網，統一收費標准，而且都是省、市公費、醫保定點單位。
