But the ruling sparked another court case for the farmers from Seafield Cooperative Land Society (SCLS).Seafield Cooperative Land Society is claiming that it was registered and operated before the MMA/ADA with members of the society occupying some 574 acres of the land exclusively from 1976 to 2014.The SCLS said that the lands were issued under the People’s National Congress,
