He said that New Amsterdam, too, deserved its own arch, and the CPG in ‘B’ Division had made history by giving the town the first of its kind.He related to this newspaper that the committee is hoping that the structure would be cared and maintained by the Mayor & Town Council and the business community. He said that he hopes that no entity or organization would misuse the arch to accommodate billboards and signs.
