He also testified to information; a caution statement he allegedly took from Jones.At the conclusion of this information which was read to the court, Jones asked the court to entertain his plea request but was told by the Magistrate that a prima facie case was being made out against him. The court had found that a prima facie case had been made out against the men causing them to stand trial at the next appropriate sitting of the Supreme Court.The men will return to court next Tuesday for the continuation of the setting fire to building matter.
