The shop was open but the police got no answer from Mr. Ragnauth.The rank then went to ask Constable Emmanuel if his father had left his shop open because he got no answer from him.Between 07:00 and 07:30 hrs Constable Emmanuel Ragnauth left to check on his father when he made the gruesome discovery. He immediately alerted his mother, other relatives and the police.The neighbours said that they noticed nothing strange.
