Bernard Da Silva was admitted to the bar last Thursday by Justice William Ramlall.The new Attorney- at-Law has pledged “to always be guided by the high standards set by my predecessors.”Mr. Da Silva graduated from the University of Guyana and recently completed the LEC at University of West Indies Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago.
