Two more officers from the Guyana Defence Force were recently awarded with their master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Management respectively.Through a press release the army said that Lieutenant Coast Guard Roger Nurse was awarded the best graduating student at the Masters Level in Computer Science at the University of Pune, India. The second officer Lieutenant Cedric Fraser, who was privileged to undergo his Officer Cadet training at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Management with a Minor in Systems Engineering.The release further stated that Lieutenant Nurse attended the University of Pune India from 2007- 2010.
