He said that it’s the government’s responsibility to have a structure which would continue to mobilise the public and keep the city clean.“The government has to initiate a strategy of encouragement… if they could find a way to urge people to want to see the place clean then that is the right move,” said Dorris.On a more communal level, Dorris added that by transforming the eyesore into a picturesque public space, his group is taking a position that will motivate others in the area to corporate for a better community.
