The lawyer asked that bail be granted in a reasonable sum.Police Prosecutor Denise Griffith did not oppose bail, but told the court that Garbaran had entrusted Ali with her money since he told her that he was working with the Ministry of Housing and as such he could get the house lot at Diamond for her.Ali was remanded to prison and is expected to make yet another court appearance today.
