The Guyana Revenue Authority yesterday extended the deadline for the acquisition of motor vehicle licences for a third time. The new deadline is July 15.Yesterday hundreds flocked the Licence and Revenue Office to purchase their licenses and this sparked much confusion.Staffers were only allowing six persons at a time to enter the building. This caused a massive line that stretched well into the front yard and onto Smyth Street. Persons who spoke to Kaieteur News complained about waiting for as long as six hours.One consumer stated that he arrived at the Licence office around 9:00 hours yesterday.
