The work of the group was guided by the following terms of reference: promote the Private Sector as key development partner with the Government of Guyana to achieve the MDGs; and provide support and guidance for the implementation of the viable projects which emerged out of the Caribbean MDG Business Initiative 2005.Since its establishment, the NWG has collaborated with a number of NGOs and community-based organisations (CBOs) to enhance their capacity to deliver to their respective communities.Seeing an opportunity for a new North West Organics product, Arjoon undertook to have the BFWG purchase the peanuts which was converted into peanut butter. A ready market was found in Le Meridien Pegasus,NFL Jerseys Outlet, which features this new product in its breakfast buffet.Special focus will be on partnerships between the Government, the private sector,Cheap NFL Jerseys China, civil society and/or the international community; and provide support and guidance to new initiatives in which the private sector makes a positive contribution, where possible in partnership with other actors, towards the MDGs while maintaining a profit orientation.
