Again, they were not required to plead to the indictable offences.Robert Darr, Paul Stephenson, Dennis Williams, Lloyd Johnson, Jermaine Todd, John Ross and Aldhren Adonis were also charged for the Guysuco heist, and these additional charges were again read by Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton.It is alleged that the defendants, on November 6, at Stanleytown, robbed Bonsai Soodat of items totalling $5100. It is also alleged that on the said day they robbed Philip Rampersaud of items valuing $30,000.It is also alleged that they robbed Carl Wade of one shotgun and matching ammunition, property of GEB Security Services. It is also alleged that they robbed Alric Taylor of one shotgun with matching ammunition, property of GEB. The lawyer added that his client was never identified as the person who committed these crimes. He also told the court that all these offences are bailable.Paul Stephenson’s lawyer noted that his client was never identified by any of the complainants. The lawyer added that his client was beaten by the police to confess to something of which he had no knowledge.
