Two teens who were accused of two counts of armed robberies were freed yesterday. That witness resided next door to where the alleged robbery occurred.The witness had testified that he saw Marshall and Simon for about eight seconds – this was before and after the men left the premises. The magistrate explained that this time span was not sufficient for the witness to remember the physical features of the men.
