Two teens who were accused of two counts of armed robberies were freed yesterday. Presiding City Magistrate Judy Latchman dismissed the matter on the grounds that the identification parade of the individuals was not conducted properly.Akeem MarshallAkeem Marshall, 21, of Albouystown,Pat Tillman Cardinals Jersey, and Keon Simon,Teemu Selanne Ducks Throwback Jersey, 19, of Chapel Street, Lodge,http://www.soccerpro.us.com/Arsenal-FC/, were accused of robbing Inez Hope of one gold bracelet valued $120,Cheap Atlanta Braves Jerseys,000 and US$530 among other items, on January 2,Deion Sanders Falcons Jersey UK, last, at Palm Street, Georgetown.The duo was further accused of robbing Yvonne and Christopher Langevine of cash and jewellery – with a value of $6M.The court heard that a gun was used during the commissioning of the robberies.The Prosecutor was Police Corporal Kerry Bostwick.Magistrate Latchman stated that the court was not satisfied with the evidence given by a witness for the prosecution. That witness resided next door to where the alleged robbery occurred.The witness had testified that he saw Marshall and Simon for about eight seconds – this was before and after the men left the premises. The magistrate explained that this time span was not sufficient for the witness to remember the physical features of the men.
