Forty year-old Clinton Kissoon,Cheap Air Max 2018, who was charged with break and enter and larceny, appeared yesterday before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.It is alleged that on May 23rd at Lot 105 Regent Street Bourda, he broke and entered Riaz Computer Center and stole two Nintendo games,Deion Jones Falcons Jersey UK, 30 laptop computers,Air Max 97 Undefeated Green, one LCD flat screen television, 40 flash drives, 20 memory cards,Cheap Nike Air Max 90 Online, five music boxes, 25 digital cameras, one Samsung music set, four computer monitors,Adidas Nmd r1 Women, two iPods, two DVD players,Alexander Nylander Jersey, and three Xbox 360 all items amounting to a total value of $6,589,500, the property of Rafiek Khan.The defendant who resides at Lot 58 William Street Kitty was represented by attorney at law George Thomas and was not required to plead to the charge when it was read to him.Police Prosecutor Venetta Pindar stated that the accused is known to the police.Pindar told the court that on May 21st the complainant secured his store and went home. On the day in question about 07:00 hours he received a phone call informing him that his store door was open.He immediately rushed down to the location only to discover a ransacked store with missing articles. Khan then went to have a look at his surveillance camera and saw the image of the defendant.A report was made to the police and the defendant was subsequently arrested; showed the tape and admitted to the crime after which he was charged.The Prosecution objected to the defendant being granted bail.In a bail application, George Thomas told the court that his client is not a flight risk and he requested bail in a reasonable sum.Kissoon was remanded to prison and his next court date is June 3rd.
