In light of an article which appeared in the Guyana Times Monday edition that featured a 15-year-old rape victim, the Guyana Press Association (GPA) issued a statement reminding media houses of their responsibility to practise ethical and responsible journalism.This is particularly important when it comes to cases involving minors.
