The Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sabha will host a grand two-day celebration at the National Stadium, Providence, to commemorate the 171st anniversary of Indian Arrival in Guyana under the theme “See it, Experience it, Live it.”Patrons will be treated to lavish and unique displays and performances both in the stadium itself and in the parking lot. In the stadium proper, set against a breathtaking backdrop, there will be an elaborate stage programme featuring a variety of dances by the Dharmic Nritya Sangh and West Berbice Praant,Cheap Bayern Munich Jersey, songs and music by an extensive list of Guyana’s best artistes,Cheap Barcelona Jersey, traditional singing and drumming,Custom Juventus Jerseys, fashion display and highlights from the recently held Ramlila production.There will be different programmes each day, according to the Sabha.In the parking area, patrons can take a walk back in time in some specially created settings, including through a 120-foot replica of the Whitby, one of the first ships to bring East Indian indentured workers to Guyana.In addition, persons will get an opportunity to enjoy short dramatic presentations in an outdoor theatre, shop or sightsee in the various streets or galis created especially for the occasion.There will be an opportunity to experience estate life of the olden days. There will also be a live band and roving tassa group.Patrons can also sample a vast array of mouthwatering delicacies whether it is the ever-popular seven curry or sada roti and baigan or coconut chokha, hot potato balls,Arturo Vidal Jersey, pakoras and samosas or richly sweet jalebis,Custom Bayern Munich Jerseys, peras and gulab jamuns.There will also be games for the children, mehendi stalls,Juventus Jerseys, face painting, big screen entertainment and much more.Admission for the event is $300.
