The supervisor further told him that he [the supervisor] is working with instructions from the Chief Executive Officer of the BRBCI.Latchman said that he left without paying; still demanding that he did not park on an illegal spot.One of Latchman’s trucks coming from East Berbice and crossing the bridge was detained by the bridge officials on the eastern side. The truck, up to Thursday, was still parked near the Crab Island area on the Eastern side of the Berbice River Bridge, having been grounded by the bridge officials.Chief Executive Officer of BRBCI,Anthony Brown Jersey, Omadatt Samaroo, was in a meeting on Thursday.
