In assisting the Mayor and City Council to collect the much-needed outstanding revenue, the Valuation Department will soon begin revaluing a number of properties.In an invited comment, the acting Chief Valuation Officer, Compton Outar,Maillot Psg 2018/19, said that during last week the department received a list from the Mayor and his department. It is currently working on the list of properties which need to be revalued.According to Mr. Outar, the last revaluation was done back in 1997.
