Smith raved about the versatility,Babe Ruth Jersey, playmaking ability and instincts of Cushing. But he thinks he can be even better.
"I do think that as good as he is there's a level for him to reach that he hasn't gotten to yet," Smith said. "I think he's motivated to reach that level and I'm excited to watch him do it."

"We've been plugging and going and guys have answered the bell," said Pashos. "We were warming up tight ends at right tackle, so think about that. (Offensive line coach Tony Sparano) has done an unreal job and still does it to this day."
The Raiders have had three different players start at right tackle,Air Force One Scontate, including Pashos, Watson and undrafted rookie Matt McCants.
