Right tackle Eric Fisher, the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, is doubtful with a shoulder injury. His running mate,Superstar Shoes On Sale, right guard Jon Asamoah, is questionable with his own shoulder injury.

Little more than a week after he was claimed off waivers from San Francisco, and after just one game spent on special teams, Williams was placed on injured reserve Friday after partially tearing the ACL in his surgically repaired left knee.
"I want to give him a few reps, a few plays this week and get him into the ballgame, see how he handles the information and the volume of the information, especially during the game," Pederson said. "So, we're excited to see him in action."

Offensive coordinator Doug Pederson said before Thursday's practice that Williams had spent his first week with the team picking up the offense and was finally ready to contribute.
The Chiefs had released wide receiver Chad Hall when they acquired Williams, and brought Hall back on Friday. It's unlikely he'll be up to speed in time for Sunday's game against San Diego.
The Chiefs quickly snapped him up to provide another weapon for their passing attack, which has struggled to get on track. Kansas City is averaging fewer than 200 yards passing per game, 26th out of the 32 teams in the NFL, and quarterback Alex Smith has just 11 touchdown passes.

Hall has played in 22 games in just over two NFL seasons with the Chiefs and Eagles. He was claimed off waivers on Sept. 1 from the 49ers and played in seven games with Kansas City, making one catch for 9 yards. Hall also returns kicks.
