He was represented by attorney at law Adrian Thompson.The lawyer in his bail application said that his client had worked at the company for the past five years and had never had any allegations brought against his name.The lawyer explained that his client was transferred recently to a new department where he worked as a cashier.Thompson said that De Mendonca did not fully understand how procedures were done.He said that his client quickly turned himself in, after he became aware that the police were looking for him.The lawyer further said that he reported to the police station and was placed on station bail. He said that he was reporting daily to the station, up until he was charged.Thompson said that his client intends to vigorously defend the case,Wholesale NFL Jerseys, because he is innocent of the charge.The lawyer opined that the money was stolen by someone who has a higher position in the company, and that person is trying to frame his client.He asked that bail be admitted in a reasonable sum because his client had no previous convictions and he was not a flight risk.Police Prosecutor Stephen Telford had no objections to bail, and this was granted in the sum of $150,000. He is expected to make another court appearance on April 22.
