A mixed 12-member jury yesterday found Andrew Albert guilty on the lesser count of manslaughter before Justice Navindra Singh,cheap nfl jerseys elite, in the Georgetown High Court. In his unsworn statement Albert had said that he is unable to read and write. As such, he said that he had no knowledge of a Caution Statement which was presented to the court. In her closing arguments State Prosecutor, Narissa Leander, pointed to the testimonies of witnesses whom she described as credible. Leander had outlined the testimony of the victim’s grandson, Amin Salim, whom is said to have witnessed the incident.Salim reportedly saw Albert at the culvert with a knife in his hands and his grandfather standing nearby, with blood coming down from his side,Cheap NFL Jerseys, back and shoulder.Leander prosecuted the matter in association with State Attorney, Teeshana Lake.
