The application was refused by the Caribbean Court of Justice consisting of five judges, among them Justice of Appeal Michael De La Bastide and Justice Desiree Bernard.The State was represented by Sir Fenton Ramsahoye QC and Ms Sonia Joseph Senior State Counsel from the DPP Chambers.Vishnu Bridgelall called Haffa was represented by Mr. Sanjeev Datadin.
