Caesar was later questioned by accused Randy Mars who sought to cross examine the rank in the absence of his lawyer. The defendant questioned the rank as to the coherence of statements made by certain police officers.The other defendants declined to question the detective.Caesar was later asked to step down and sign to his evidence.The accused then asked the magistrate whether their matter could move a bit speedily. The men complained that it had been more than a year since they were placed in jail. They were thereafter told that the prosecution is ready to move full speed ahead with the matter but the case has actually been slowed up by the absent defence counsel,Wholesale China Jerseys, and at the pace in which they are conducting themselves.The accused made a request after they had heard their adjourned date. This the men had been requesting for a while now ever since they had been appearing at the court. Another accused Anthony Watson indicated that it had been six months since the magistrate gave orders for the men to receive medical attention and still they are yet to see a doctor.Three of the accused spoke out. The men said they have blatantly been denied the right to see a doctor. They said they were told that the medical examiner is refusing to see them, causing the magistrate to have persons summoned to answer as to why they are refusing to take the defendants to the doctor.The prosecution right before the case was adjourned indicated that there are 12 more witnesses to testify in the matter. The five persons indicated as the culprits of the Supreme Court fire are expected to be back in court on December 20 for the continuation of the matter.
