Shivanjalie Persaud and Raywat Shiwnandan were declared best graduating students at this year’s Essequibo Technical Institute Tenth convocation and prize-giving exercise on Thursday.The students were graduates of the Business Department and the Electrical Installation Department.Persaud graduated with a distinction in the Diploma in computer science programme, while Shivnandan graduated with a distinction in Electrical Installation.
