Mohara denied the allegations, however, and submitted an application for bail through his lawyer, Peter Hugh. Police Prosecutor, Inspector Michael Grant explained to the court that advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) was only returned on January 19, last hence, Mohara only faced the court yesterday.Making an application for bail, Hugh said that his client, who does not have a passport,Steve Bartkowski Falcons Jersey, is not a flight-risk.
