Appearing before Magistrate Judy Latchman, yesterday, at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court were 26-year-old Victor Bobb of ‘B’ Field Sophia, Georgetown, and 18-year-old Quincy Arthur of Plaisance, Squatting Area, East Coast Demerara, to answer a charge of murder.
