The defendant in the Caracas house demolition shooting death case has been called upon to lead a defence, after no case submissions in the preliminary inquiry were overruled.The preliminary inquiry is being conducted in the New Amsterdam Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus.On trial is New Amsterdam businessman,Nike Air Max 1 Mens Shoe, Charles Henry, called ‘Charles Bristol’ or ‘Wheels’, 52,Cheap Air Force 1, of Main and Lad Lane, New Amsterdam. He had to be rescued by the police who had to fire warning shots in the air to thwart off the angry crowd.Residents in the area staged a protest through the streets of New Amsterdam the following day.The matter is set for continuation on December 4.
