重慶商品房銷售面積與住宅銷售面積增速（單位：%）
　　華龍網12月13日21時40分訊（記者 莢天宇）今（13）日，記者從重慶市統計侷獲悉，1-11月重慶房地產開發投資3314.24億元，同比下降1.3%。商品房銷售面積達5421.42萬平方米，同比增長17.8%，其中住宅銷售面積增長17.1%。
　　數据顯示，1-11月，重慶房地產開發投資3314.24億元，同比下降1.3%，降幅比1-10月擴大0.5個百分點。降幅比1-10月擴大0.5個百分點。其中，住宅投資2045.12億元，同比下降4.6%，降幅比1-10月擴大0.2個百分點。住宅投資佔房地產開發投資的比重為61.7%。

　　從五大功能區域來看，都市功能核心區房地產開發投資737.75億元，同比下降13.6%，降幅比1-10月收窄0.7個百分點；都市功能拓展區投資1344.08億元，增長1.5%，增速比1-10月回落2.3個百分點；城市發展新區投資808.09億元，增長3.4%，增速比1-10月提高1.2個百分點；渝東北生態涵養發展區投資314.27億元，增長3.3%，增速比1-10月回落0.2個百分點；渝東南生態保護發展區投資110.05億元，增長15.2%，增速比1-10月回落4.2個百分點。
　　1-11月，房地產開發企業房屋施工面積26935.34萬平方米，同比下降5.1%，降幅比1-10月擴大1.3個百分點。其中，住宅施工面積17629.52萬平方米，下降7.2%。房屋新開工面積4365.61萬平方米，下降15.5%,湖口富春。其中，住宅新開工面積2666.18萬平方米，下降17.9%。房屋竣工面積3644.37萬平方米，下降0.1%。其中，住宅竣工面積2513.59萬平方米，下降2.4%。
　　此外，1-11月商品房銷售面積5421.42萬平方米，同比增長17.8%。其中，住宅銷售面積增長17.1%，辦公樓銷售面積下降20.7%，商業營業用房銷售面積增長38.9%。
