A man who police described as a petty thief was yesterday jailed for two years by Acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson, at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court after he pleaded guilty to robbery. Together they caught Simmons who tried to ride away on a bicycle. He was remanded and is expected to make another court appearance later this month.
