After serving in a managerial capacity with Guyana Power and Light Inc. Noted in the letter too was the fact that although this fraudulent practice was facilitated, records will show that Ms. Tucker conducted herself throughout this period with probity and rectitude and continued to work.Ms. Tucker filed a writ in the High Court on January 2.According to the court document, it is stated that the grounds for termination stated in the letter are unlawful, null, void and of no legal effect.It is also stated in the writ that Ms. Tucker suffered major losses and damages and has been unable to obtain employment elsewhere.Tucker is now seeking compensation in excess of $50,000.
